Passionate about cooking since childhood and after 7 years as an engineer in the milling industry, working alongside passionate bakers and farmers, I decided to create the Pizza Basket to become a local craftsman in my turn!

A truck inspired by the itinerant shops of yesteryear offering pizzas prepared only from local ingredients, mostly organic and giving pride of place to seasonal vegetables.

The French territory and even Ile-de-France, is full of wonderful farm and artisanal products that allow us to work with fresh and local products to compose our pizzas. Do not hesitate to consult the list of our suppliers and to meet them!

A good pizza is first and foremost a good dough, which is why we practice fermentation on natural sourdough in order to have the richest possible taste and nutritional profile. We make our sourdough and our pasta from semi-complete pure organic artisanal flours in order to have a good taste of cereals.

We hope that our creative pizzas will delight you and do not hesitate to accompany them with a craft beer or a bottle of organic wine.
